1. How long does it take to receive my account after payment?
Accounts are processed and shipped within 5–30 minutes (during business hours), up to 24 hours if there is a high volume of orders or outside of business hours.
2. Is my account covered by a warranty?
Yes, the warranty period is within 24 hours of order delivery. We only provide warranty for accounts with intact information and no modifications.
3. What do I need to do after purchasing an account?
Immediately after receiving your account, you need to:
Log in and check your information and functions.
Change your password and email address (if possible).
Never share this information with any third party.
4. Can I use my account to spam or scam?
No. Using the account for spamming, fraud, or illegal activities is prohibited. If a violation is detected, the account will be permanently disabled and warranty coverage will be voided.
5. Which type of account should I choose to run Facebook ads?
You should choose:
Old accounts, active accounts (over 6 months)
Gmail verified if needed, create a Business Manager or verification.
Contact the admin for advice on the type that best suits your goals.
6. Does the website offer support if the account cannot be logged in?
Yes. Within 24 hours of delivery, if the account cannot be accessed, please contact support immediately via Telegram or Zalo. After this time, the order will not be processed again.
7. How long will it take for the account to be deleted?
Hotmail/Outlook News: Delete after 1 day
Other types: delete after 3 days.
Please save immediately upon receipt.
8. What if I want to order a large quantity or an item that is not currently in stock?
You can contact the admin directly to check the inventory and get the best price quote.
